Stumped

Woke up feeling marginally better today - probably helped by sleeping without having to get up every 30 minutes.  Still absolutely nowhere near 100% but I could get downstairs without looking like I was 80.

Oh and you know how I applaud the way that German construction workers will always find a way to eff things up.  This from a report in The Graun:
"Thousands of passengers worldwide have been stranded after an IT fault at Germany’s flagship carrier Lufthansa caused flight delays and disruption at airlines across the group.

The company said the problem was caused by damage to several of Deutsche Telekom’s glass-fibre cables during construction work in Frankfurt. Repairs would take until Wednesday afternoon, Lufthansa said."

It wasn't just the airport that was affected, large areas of Frankfurt have no internet or telephone.

Bless 'em.  No job is large enough that they can't eff it up.

We have lots of meetings about "what would happen if..."  It's called Business Continuity Management.  Not quite working optimally at Lufthansa.

In other news - no sense of smell, can taste nothing but feeling a little better.  As in a lot less sneezing, a lot less coughing, but still unable to open a bottle of water.
