Wim Hof Ice Ladies

SisJ & sisD came with me today, for a sauna and swim in an unheated pool. We’d heard cold water swimming has health benefits, and I thought it would be better in a pool than the sea. The temp was 7deg. 
Well. We all did it, it was painfully cold, and made us gasp!  Luckily we have some (very short) videos which shall be kept for our eyes only, which we watched in the heat of the sauna afterwards
