Pickaxe

The workman left his pickaxe here, ready for starting work again on Monday morning. The textures and colours caught my eye.

In other news, Elder Son should reach Machu Picchu later on today. I hope his 4-mountain hike has gone well and that if he did see a bear, it was from a distance!

Also, my basil, chives, oregano and thyme have all germinated.
