Spring springing somewhat soooner than usual

Having been plummeted to the depths of -42C last week, it came as something of a surprise that today's temperatures topped +10C. Personally, I love it, even if the portents of climate change are beginning to change into actual tangibles. 

Nonetheless, the change in weather brought me into that domain known as the Great Outdoors. Having just recovered from Covid, I felt confident enough to venture into a coffee shop and meet a friend for, erm, coffee. Then it started raining, so I went home. What an exciting life I lead.
