Squirrel buster, indeed

Having joined the RSPB and spent a ridiculous amount of money on a squirrel buster and feeder less than happy today! They seem to fly through the air from my washing line to land on top of it, despite it being in the middle of my garden!
Chili powder in the feed seems to make no difference whatsoever!
Any wisdom?

Other than that a lovely day, having usual Thursday coffee with my friend Pete and walk around the walls with Emma now my knees are feeling a little bit better from the tendinitis.
