Academy FM

Today I was invited into the Academy FM studio to talk about being a guide for visually impaired runners along with fellow guide Dave. I think it went ok although I wish I’d actually been prepared for the first question… every radio interview has something cringe worthy in it so at least I got it over with early on and I think I said some ok stuff after that.
