Breaking Down in China

I just had to blip this as I've seen this kind of behaviour numerous times just ditch your car in the middle of the road. As you can see, to the right of the picture, he's on his mobile calling for car recovery.

In China there's never any attempt to push the car to the side if the road if the car breaks down or is involved in a minor shunt. Here it's an empty road but I have seen cars abandoned on multi lane highways including the fast lane!
