Old Chester - 10

An interesting old sign preserved on the archway and passage linking the Queen Hotel with the railway station. The impressive looking hotel was opened in 1860 for first class passengers and is now a Best Western. It is also pretentiously called "The Queen at Chester". Still, it is not as bad as hotels and restaurants that spell out numbers as if calling yourself "Number Fifteen" allows you to add £££ to the bill.

The max height is obviously a new unnecessary addition. Perhaps we have really tall horses these days.
