The Remains Of The Tree

Following my visit to the Royal Botanical Gardens last week I returned this week and inquired why the tree had been cut down.

The tree was cut down and disposed of safely because it was infected by a notifiable disease. However, much of the wood will be used for other purposes as today’s entry shows.
