Last birthday bake!

This is the last birthday bake for February for my family!

Not for Theodore but for Jessica, who doesn’t like cake, she prefers brownies and cookies, so I put it all together in this brookie pie.

The pie element is cookie dough, I baked the brownie first then added it to the pie before freezing for two hours and then baking one final time!

I topped it with biscoff ganache, she was happy with it! I’m glad and with all the cake we have left over I won’t have to bake for another week or so!
