Five a day!

We are always being told that we need to eat 5 portions of fruit and veg per day to maintain fitness.  We always have a good fruit bowl in our house.

The weather has turned colder and very windy, due to Storm Otto. I believe it is to get more so later on.  Hope everyone remains safe.

The car was having an MOT today. All well.  Had lunch with my friend, then did some shopping before coming home.  Haven't seen Bob all day but he will appear when he is hungry!
