Carbon Capture.

The field to the northwest of ‘The Policies’ is now home to a flock of sheep who are assisting the farmer in sequestering carbon into the soil.

This process was described in detail by Simon Reeve in a  2 part TV programme called ‘Cornwall with Simon Reeve’. It is available on BBC iPlayer for the next month.
