My partner did park run this morning, he’s getting fitter again after a foot injury and Covid last October. He’s doing a half marathon again in September, so lots of training ahead !
I was doing some tidying in the box room , which is most often used as a dumping ground. ( something I am working on !)
I did come across some fabulous photos , and this one of my Dad , Jim and my son Laurence jumped out at me. Laurence would have been around 7or 8 . It was taken in my parents old house at Nunholm Park . They had a lovely garden there.
We are going out to dinner this evening at our American friends house. Julia is a really good cook , and always makes vegetarian food for our visits.
