Bright Yellow

These King Alfred Jonquils were planted by my mom. It always amazes me that my jonquils bloom several weeks after hers. Her house is not but about 200 yards from mine and I’m just beginning to see buds on mine! I just can’t figure that out.

I love driving down country roads this of year and seeing jonquils growing where old homes used to stand.
