Beachy Head

I popped out to Meads to look around, then walked through All Saints Park & over to the Italian Gardens, then into Helen Gardens where I took this photo looking onto the sea around the edge of the South Downs near to Beachy Head.
I walked back to the car past The Pilot Inn on this sunshine Sunday.

I heard some sad news that a friend's Husband has Cancer, he's having an operation on Thursday, then Chemo. I wish him well.

After getting home I heard from my youngest son that he & his children are at the Local Park to me & would I like to join them, which I did. 
Fun times with my Son & Grandchildren.
