Clive Carroll

Today it was bright and breezy as Mrs CBL and I headed out for a walk around the golf course.  There was a very high tide with nowhere to walk on the beach on some stretches of the shoreline.

We had a chance encounter at the far end of the golf course with a man who had had to detour from the beach and was looking to find a way back onto it.
 
He had to walk on the beach as he was walking round the coastline of Great Britain!  He began his adventure at Southwold in Suffolk on the 3rd of February 2020!  The pandemic stopped him in his tracks but he resumed and has made his way north from there in various stages. 

It turns out that he is a very talented  and highly regarded musician.  His name is Clive Carroll and is described in the magazine Total Guitar as being “arguably the most accomplished finger stylist guitarist in the world today”.
