Kaiserslautern Gartenschau: Kaiserberg View

I spent the most relaxing afternoon of the year, making the most of this unexpected sunny spring intermezzo and trying to get work off my mind (it worked as long as the afternoon lasted).

On the very left of the Kaiserslautern city view the Fritz-Walter-Stadion (formerly Betzenbergstadion), a few church steeples and the Humbergturm on the hill on the other side of the city. The tower in the center is the last remaining chimney of the old Kammgarn-Spinnerei (spinning factory).

Finally got my season ticket for the Gartenschau and Japanese Garten and will be back soon.
Now in front of the TV to watch and listen to the ESC in Malmö/Sweden.
