Cake

It is my birthday today which I spent at an inservice day at school in a freezing gym hall talking about trauma informed practice.
A lot/ most of it I was aware of but these sessions often fall short when it comes to the what next stage. We put in place as much as we can in school but we are not miracle workers.
Came home , had dinner made for me them enjoyed a slice of cake.
We are going out for dinner on Saturday after a theatre trip to see The Bodyguard.
One year older!
