When the zombies come....

Okay so when there is a zombie apocalypse you know who's the first To go?...the fatties. Why???

A) because we taste so good and B) we have no running stamina to escape.

So i hit the gym hard this morning whilst Soraya had a wonderful time in the crèche and I'm determined to lose the 4lbs of baby weight I'm still carrying...Soraya is 9 months old and theory is it takes 9 months to gain the weight and 9 months to lose the weight.

My theory? It takes 5 minutes to eat a bag of Heinz tomato ketchup crisps and a fudge custard doughnut...go figure! damn you pregnancy cravings, hope next time I'm preggers I crave air and water :-)
