53/365 Museum

Sorry to say I have had to do a backflip. No WiFi in our room at the hotel where we are staying in Wellington. I’m having to do this from a bar round the corner!

On our way here from Tongariro National Park we stopped off for a break at the National Army Museum at Waiouru on State Highway 1. After coffee we visited the Museum.

Fascinating place with all sorts and exhibits and information stretching back more than 160 years. I hate warfare and conflict and our visit reinforced for me the futility of it all.

Such a needless loss of life and their futures. All war does is show who is left and not who is right.
