New Worlds

I discovered something entirely by accident today - and as a mainframe specialist it counts as something quite exciting.  For the rest of you, it counts as a "Happy For You Peter".

Actually the best thing that happened today was the cancellation of a meeting (one of about 400 that have been planned for this week).  That was 3 hours (yes, 3 hours of potential bla-bla-bla) that I could miss and actually get some good things done.

I so much prefer working to talking-about-working.  Especially since the things I have to do are understood by about 5 people.  All of whom I work closely with.

Time to calm down.
