After a sleep in, deserved after yesterday, we started our trip south to Pauanui soon after lunch. Pretty leisurely and we got there around 4pm.

Lots and lots of unpacking to do. 11 people staying in the new house, brother and sister in law have just finished building it, so this is the first real family event.

Have to say, it's a pretty nice setting, especially in the absence of other houses. Quite peaceful, nice views, and your own jetty.

Pretty great spot to be honest to get onto the water.
