Song Thrush

A grey and drizzly morning has made way for a sunny afternoon - so guess what weather we were out in haha!    We nipped over to RHS Hyde Hall for a little stroll to see some spring flowers and see what birds were about - the ever present robins were showing off as always, along with the geese and gadwall, but it was nice to spot a song thrush as they seem a rarer sight around nowadays!  

Bought some compost in their shop before we left so at least I'm all set now for weekend seed sowing and hoping to see a bit more sunshine at least!
