Bittersweet.

A very sad but also a truly happy day with lunch out to mark a big life event.

My most wonderful pal is leaving in a few days to start a new life in Canada. I have no words to convey how much I will miss her but in the same breath I am so very excited for her future and all the wonderful things she will go on to achieve. She's a force of nature, of that there's no doubt.

An emotional day.
