Floral flop

The other day, Mo had suggested to George that he might want to give the flowers a drop of water. Since he's pretty much living in the front room, it didn't seem too much to ask.

Today though, his neglect was there for all to see. When I pointed out their dire state, he suggested that topping up their vase would perk them up in no time. 

He said it with such confidence I'm almost tempted to believe him.
