Crustum frescum and Crustum medium comedium

Unable to identfy the ‘plant’ at the centre front of. I’m guessing it’s a Crustum frescum’. Excuse my Latin :). Any ideas? Seen in Christchurch street planter.

We bussed to Christchurch. Found a couple of things to refresh my wardrobe. Had tapas at Bodega - good time to go as they had ‘Calcots’* which I love and have only ever seen in UK once before *https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cal%C3%A7ot

Then bus home and relaxing. Trouble is this nightmare urticaria flares up as soon as I lie down. Don’t know how I’m going to hang on till Wednesday to talk to a GP again.
