In praise of dandelions

Its not that I want them in my garden, but when I'm weeding I can't help but think that if they were a bit less prolific we'd be happy to have them around! Look at the pic of the kerria from earlier this month then compare it with today's dandelion. They look so similar you'd almost think they were the same plant!
