10 Mile

The local 10 mile race.
I couldn't run 1!
We got to the beach for our swim, the wind was whipping the sand into our eyes, a wind that would cut through you. No waves just lumpy, so we decided we wouldn't be doing much in our wetsuit. So we took them off and had a skins dip. Sharp cold but lovely.
A nap of all naps then to warm up.
