Crusty.

The dough went into the oven about 7am and 45 minutes later this beauty came out, definitely one of the best looking loaves I've made and I'm looking forward to toast tomorrow.

Got to RF's just after 10am to do a bit in the garden before meeting friends at a dog exercise field so the fluffies could all run around.

It was a gorgeous day although quite chilly and lunch at the pub after the exercise was very tasty too.
