Long, lazy day

Phew, it has been good to have a long, lazy day today after the madness of the last few weeks with hardly time to draw breath. It's been a long day because we were up and off early to pick up Jen and Pete from Manchester Airport. They have had a most excellent time visiting Becks and Rob in the States but looked shattered after an all night flight. They called round for lunch a short while ago and are trying to keep going till the evening and a welcome bed. Meanwhile Tony and I have pottered.

I couldn't be bothered going further afield for a blip today and as Tony would not let me blip the woman at the arrivals awaiting family, dressed in her slippers, pyjamas and dressing gown (!?) I walked as far as the allotment to see what he was up to and to blip the emerging apple blossom against a blue sky. Enjoy what is left of your weekend everyone!
