Family Print Club

Some kids from a Haddington rugby team joined with the Accies today for training, so they played a few round robin matches with one another.

Then MrsCyclops and CyclopsJnr went into town to have lunch at Bread Meats Bread before we went to an art class which was new to us.

This was Family Print Club at the Edinburgh Printmakers which happens monthly and the focus this month was printing with lego. We were given a big pot of lego and we made patterns with the lego which we learned how to print with. The Artist showed us how to prepare the ink with a roller, and roll it onto our lego, then we used different printing presses (see other blip here) to make our lego prints.

CyclopsJnr enjoyed himself and has asked if we can go again, so hopefully we will do that.
