Evening stroll along the River Tyne, Newcastle.

After waving Isaac and family off this morning we set off on our own adventure , a trip to Newcastle where we met up with some of our uni friends.
It was my first visit, we have driven around the edge many times but never stopped to have a look around. We stayed in a Travel Lodge near the river, had a wander along the river banks, ate a meal in a pleasant restaurant and then spent the rest of the evening catching up in one of the bedrooms, with bottles of wine and cups of tea for refreshment. Between us we have several folk recovering from serious illnesses and others waiting for hip replacements. Everyone was very kind and accommodating of each others frailties , its such a lovely group to be part of , kindness flowed along with the laughter and gentle teasing.

that a friend was able to look after Bramble ,
to be part of this lovely group,
that we managed to find a way to sort out Dave's PAP machine .
