Mystery stock cubes
The stock cubes now live in a plastic box. We have our reasons. Some of the brown ones are umami flavoured. Some of the brown ones are sriracha flavoured. It’s pot luck as to whether I get the one I want.
Tonight, either would do: I was making a miso soup to sit gyoza on. Not bad, actually.
I had time to make soup because I didn’t go to running group this evening.
