Front Row Seats

Jill is going tramping in Stewart Island on Thursday. Today she practiced putting up  a tent she has borrowed from a friend. She put it up, while 2 friends, Frida and I watched. She passed with flying colours.

Also this afternoon, Jill was trying to take a serious photo of Helen and I for  the WanakaApp to go with an article about the Oral History project Helen and I have been working on for 12 months. Frida kept photo bombing us - it was hilarious! That’s me on the right, and Frida is looking adoringly up at Helen. 
We did finally get a more serious photo!
