Stables

The stables have been our home for the last two days, but it is time to check out now. I think the part of the stables we were in may have been where carriages were kept. The gaps in the stonework suggested a four-wheeled vehicle of some sort.

Speaking of four-wheeled vehicles. When we set out to walk over to the hotel for breakfast, Cosmo decided enough was enough where walking was concerned. Either she would stay behind, or she would go by car. She indicated it would be acceptable to go by car; it is not as if she gets breakfast in the hotel anyway.

The rest of us walked over to the hotel, though we did take the car on the way back to save time prior to checking out.

After breakfast she consented to a short walk to look at the river before we left to return to Aberdeen.
