Really? More Meetings?

My role seems to have changed from developer to consultant.

I much preferred the coding and testing and swearing and fixing to the bla-bla-bla that fills my days.

5 hours today.

And given that I need to prepare for every meeting, I have no time to do any actual work.

I was happier at the code face.
