(060) Striking Out

As a member of the EIS I have withdrawn my labour today and have instead got out on the bike. The weather was rather grey and definitely not warm but it was still good to be out and about on two wheels. The main blip is from the South Queensferry slipway and the extra is from the road that leads to Hopetoun House, looking back to wards the Queensferry Crossing, Forth Road Bridge and the Forth (railway) Bridge. 
For what it's worth, if our most recent pay offer of almost 12% seemed pretty decent then I should point out that, in real terms, teachers in Scotland are now 29% worse off than in 2011.
