It's been so hot today, mind you we shouldn't complain.

I've spent today spring cleaning the bedrooms and then pottering about in the garden. Meg and Barney got a late walk once the day had cooled down and I sat a while and watched the swans.

I'm going through so much bird seed, suet blocks and sunflower seeds at the moment with all these chicks to be fed, the adults birds have no fear and come into the garden even when we are there. The feeder is up high in the tree so that is a plus.
