A Happy Car

When I picked up Yellow Dog from Corrie Motors this morning, he was looking very happy, and also very clean.
“Did you enjoy your sleepover?” I asked.
“Yes it was rather nice. They gave me a hot shower and parked me next to a cute little electric car overnight.”
“Did you make friends?”
“Yes. She was ever so pleasant, but rather quiet.”
“That’s nice.”  Now I know that electric cars can be rather fickle, but I have a happy car on my hands so why spoil things? He sailed through the MoT again and has been serviced and is now legal on the road.
