Standing to attenzione !

Made it to Rome, via Bologna -yum. 
My blip hasn't let me comment and I am rather behind,  and so you may see photos popping up out of order. 
From the Vittorio Emanuelle and the gull is quite clearly in charge up here, as opposed to the guards who watch over the eternal flame.
I always know where I am in Rome when I can see this massive palazzo. 
Glad to be back.
