Grey fellow?

We walked in the opposite direction this afternoon, I had to post a couple cards, along the way I spotted a cat who was hiding. We had a chat, a one way process and I managed a close up to check out his ears, the one on the right has been clipped. Looking at the photo it looks very like him. We told him to come home but not along the road…..he was in last night. This led us to discuss how do they know where home is?

A chat with a gardener further along the road, she was very modest about her gardening skills, later in the summer her patch will be bounding with vegetables. The tree in extra grows in her garden, a Horse Chestnut, it’s always very blippable. And the chirpy Robin, the zoom on this little camera always amazes me.
