A Walk in the Woods

Took a walk in the woods before dinner, needing some fresh air and, of course, a chance to blip. Brought the new camera along for it's blip debut....

Things I've learnt about a DSLR:

- they're rather unwieldy
- they're complicated, and full of stuff I don't quite understand yet, or remember from that GCSE in Photography 22 years ago
- a 55mm lens is in no way adequate for the kind of exciting wildlife photography I'd like to do.

All of which means despite the £150 I've laid out, I'm gonna have to spend more....and then find someone to tell me what it's all about. Oh well.
