Tarla Lara Smith 15/03/10 - 3/3/23

My beloved Tarla has just been put to sleep. She had suddenly developed complex bladder issues, and the vet concluded it was most likely an underlying serious problem, either neurological or cancerous in nature. Even to investigate further would have caused her deep discomfort and distress, which I didn't want.

She died a good death at the vet’s on a blanket in a paddock in the sun after a short walk, roll in long grass and some chicken. This photo was taken just before her death, she looks happy and I think she was.

It was the hardest decision to make, but the best decision for her. My heart is broken. She was the bestest dog. Rest in peace and rise in glory sweetest girl.
