Eurovision

Six of us squeezed into our box room this evening to watch Eurovision. For those of you who have never experienced it, it's a singing competition for countries in the European Broadcasting Union, and the quality of the songs varies a lot! There's usually a lot of very weird costumes and dance moves. Denmark won this year, and they probably deserved it. Malta and Azerbaijan were also very good I thought.

I spent some of the afternoon and evening with my friend Laura from New Jersey. She's been studying here this semester but will be going home in a week. I will miss her and her incredible laugh!
