Azaleas

Today I had an appointment with an NHS physiotherapist in Killearn, a neighbouring village. She was very helpful.  I have bursitis in my hip, apparently strengthening my bum muscles will help. The exercise of course looks innocuous but I could feel it working. I'm going to take a leaf out of Beinghere's book and do it religiously until I go back in 3 week's time.

The lovely azalea bush was in a garden where I parked my car. Just right for flower Friday. My own azaleas won't be flowering for ages yet.
