East Light

I was confused. Sun sets in the west surely. Yet here I saw light in the east and none in the west, only cloud. But whatever, I'll take what I can get.

I quite like the dramatic effect. Dark blacks and browns provided a suitable background to set off the dead wildflower heads. The scratchy nature of those out of focus echoed the tree branches in the distance. And a touch of vignetting to add to the closed in feeling.
