Flat Eric

Not sure what happened but I started a loaf at teatime expecting to bake it tomorrow but instead it proved in a couple of hours and then second proved in next to no time at all so I ended up nipping backwards and forwards between the kitchen and our monthly International Teams meeting. It’s ended up a bit of a Flat Eric but tastes pretty good and that’s the main thing.
The meet up was pretty good despite the inevitable technical problems. Lots of folk on good form!
