Parkrun day...

Glad i did it..  the v difficult local parkrun.. I just got in the zone
Wanted to sleep and rest however aware Parkrun v important to me great for wellbeing and exercise.

Then a lovely walk North Downs way with N..
A love Saturday ending in the Great British establishment A pub!!
