Butternut Squash & Feta Cous-cous

We take a break in the cat blips for the prep I did today for the weeks lunch.

Cous cous, buckwheat and brown rice with chilli roasted squash and edamame, cranberries and toasted pumpkin seed mix. I will have it on top on rocket salad with feta crumbled on top.

I'm such a foodie! When I'm not eating I'm either looking a recipes, taking pictrues of what I'm about to eat or writing about what I've just eaten!
