Unusual sighting on Mount Pleasant

After I had photographed the sun's rays, and was walking down the hill, I heard a bird call unfamiliar in our neighbourhood. It was a kea, our New Zealand mountain parrot, which only very rarely makes it across the plains to Christchurch. I followed the sound to find the bird, which was perched in the top of a pine tree. It flew off as I closed in on it, to another tree. I managed only a distant shot with my cell phone (in extras). Checking online, I saw that other residents of our area had noted and photographed the bird, so there should be some better images than mine around.
